My sessions are held virtually—through Zoom, FaceTime, or audio call. Over time, I’ve found it to be one of the most effective and empowering ways to do therapeutic work.

Meeting virtually allows you to settle into the session from your own comfortable space—wrapped in your favorite blanket, holding a warm mug, surrounded by what grounds you. There’s no commute, no rushing, no clinical setting to walk into. Just you, showing up as you are.

It also creates a unique kind of intimacy—one where people often feel even more free to speak their truth, cry openly, or exhale fully. Whether you’re navigating a full schedule, parenting, traveling, living across the country, or simply feel more comfortable at home, virtual therapy makes healing more accessible, consistent, and sustainable.

This is deep, relational, soul-tending work—and in many ways, meeting virtually allows it to be even more integrated into the fabric of your real life. You don’t have to step outside your world to be supported within it.
